The following message is specifically for the new students who are going to be enrolled upcoming academic year: We did tell you NOT to pay in advance, until you are fully registered. Please keep in mind the payment itself is different from the payment authorization. The payment authorization is part of your registration, so this form called "Payment of tuition fees 2010-2011" from Utrecht University should be submitted. The payment itself takes place in October, mind you!

As for the schedule in Enschede: the first day (August 31st) is to be confirmed in room 1-072; the allocation of the other classrooms will be communicated at that day.

Please keep in mind the secretary and other departments are off for holidays upcoming weeks. There might be delay in answering your questions. The secretary is away July 21-August 17

The application procedure has been closed for all students. You can no longer apply for the academic year 2010-2011.

Application deadlines

The application for NON-EU/EER Students for the academic year of 2010-2011 is closed, however EU/EER Students (as well as Dutch students) can still apply until June 1st, 2010. NON-EU/EER Students can only apply for the next academic year of 2011-2012, unfortunately.

Change in procedures

Since January 19th, The application procedure has changed from the OSIRIS system towards the STUDIELINK system. Everything should work fine now. However, if you encounter some problems, please contact us immediately.

Next, from now on, all GIMA students need to apply for their diploma, as soon as they succesfully defended their thesis. Information can be found under Application.

First, we'd like to announce that the MSc GIMA academic year 2010-2011 wil start on Tuesday August 31st (week 35) in Enschede at the ITC.

Second, we promised to keep you updated about the new application via Studielink instead of Osiris.

Currently, the system is fully installed. From now on, you need to apply via Studielink. See the Application page.

However, because it is entirely new for all faculties for all the Universities (especially Utrecht University, since the registation takes place there), we do not know yet about any complications. This means that we probably stumble on some difficulties in the upcoming months. Please stay tuned and we'll post any new information on our website as soon as we acquire new information.

Third, want to know more about the MSc GIMA? The Master Information Evening is to be scheduled on Thursday February 18th. Talk to one of the teachers and students if you want to know more! Check here for more information!

Currently, the online application system of OSIRIS from Utrecht University is renewing. In fact, Utrecht will blend with the national system of STUDIELINK, and some adjustments need to take place. We hope to provide new information on how to apply for the programme by the end of next week (29 JAN 2010).

Everyone interested in GIMA is very welcome at the Master Evening at the Utrecht University, 12 February 2009. Registration is possible from the second week of January on, but make sure the event is added to your calendar. More info: click here

On monday 17 november at 15.00 p.m. the masterweek starts with a course and information fair in the Aula from TU Delft. GIMA will also be present at this information fair to provide all information you need. For more info about the masterweek check the website.

The last minute day in Wageningen, June 5, is one of the last possibilities to gain more information on GIMA if you are planning to apply for starting next September. During the last minute day you will be able to speak to teachers who teach in the GIMA programme and you will still be able to apply for September. Click here for more information and application

Meet MSc GIMA at the postgraduate information evening in Delft, 21 April 2008!

You can meet MSc. GIMA in real life at the Utrecht University Master evening! This is your chance to hear more about MSc. GIMA and to ask all your questions. The Master evening will be on February 13 from 17:00 - 20:30. For more information and application click here.

The start of the GIMA programme will be August 28 in Enschede. The introduction day of Utrecht University on september 4th is not for GIMA students, since GIMA hosts its own introduction days. A letter with information on housing, books and a detailed schedule has been sent to all new students.
